As a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations within the Engineering Warehouse & Logistics Department. Your work will have a direct impact on maintaining the safety and reliability of our fleet.

Job Details: Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant, your primary responsibilities include:

Receiving, stocking, picking, issuing, transferring, and pre-loading tools and materials.

Delivering spare parts and organizing pre-loaded materials at customer sites.

Performing tasks efficiently to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and departmental goals.

Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) to ensure safety and compliance.

Operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and utilizing system tools like PCs and handheld devices for inventory management.

Maintaining accurate records for all warehouse and logistics operations.

Supporting operations across various sections, including Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Tool Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, and more.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education: Minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent.

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics is preferred.

Skills: Basic English proficiency and physical fitness are essential.

Additional Requirements: A valid UAE driver’s license or Airside Driving Permit (ADP) is a plus.

Safety-Sensitive Role: This position requires strict adherence to safety standards.
