The Role of an Emirates Cabin Crew Member

Height Requirements: Minimum 160cm in height and able to reach 212cm.

Age: At least 21 years old at the time of application.

UAE Visa Requirements: Must meet employment eligibility criteria.

Additional Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.

High school education (Grade 12 or equivalent).

No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform.

The Recruitment Day Process

Salary & Benefits

Emirates offers a competitive salary and benefits package for its cabin crew. The total compensation includes three key components:

• Basic Salary: AED 4,430 per month.
• Flying Pay: AED 63.75 per flight hour, with an average of 80–100 flight hours per month.
• Average Total Pay: Approximately AED 10,170 per month (~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, or GBP 2,280).

These figures are estimates based on Grade II (Economy Class) positions. Additionally, Emirates provides meal allowances for overnight layovers, credited to the following month's salary.
