Position: Assistant Supervisor – Mixing & Processing

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate ingredients based on batch size to ensure accurate formulation.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of recipes and ingredients.
• Operate and manage mixing equipment, CIP systems, and processing plants (PHE operations).
• Monitor production schedules and manage raw material inventory.
• Achieve production KPIs by increasing yield, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food and Dairy Industry or Higher Secondary School Certificate.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
